Adobe® Reader® |
| Adobe® Reader®
(Formerly Adobe® Acrobat®
Reader®) is free software that
lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format
(PDF) files on a variety of hardware and operating
system platforms. Older versions of Adobe® Reader®
(versions 4.x and earlier) may not be able to open/view
PDF documents created in later versions (versions 5.x
and up). If you experience any difficulties opening our
PDF documents we recommend that you upgrade to the
latest version of Adobe® Reader®.

To use some of the features on this site, JavaScript must
be enabled in your browser.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 & 8
In Internet Explorer 7 & 8 click on the 'Tools' button
located in the upper right part of the screen (next to the
gear icon) and select 'Internet Options' from the drop down
menu.
Click on the 'Security' tab at the top and then click on the
'Custom Level...' button.
Scroll down until you can see options for "Scripting". It is
most likely located near the bottom of the list.
Set the option 'Active scripting' to 'Enable'. Then click on
the 'OK' button (step 7).
Click 'Yes'.
Click 'OK'.
This enables JavaScript for Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 &
8.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 & 6
Select the 'Tools> Internet Options...' menu.
Select the 'Security' tab.
Select the 'Internet' zone (globe).
Click the 'Custom Level...' button.
Select 'Enable' for "Active scripting" in the 'Scripting'
section.
Click OK.
Click 'Yes' when asked if you are sure you want to change
the security setting for this zone.
Click OK.
Opera 8 & 9
Select 'Tools> Preferences' from the menu.
Click on the 'Advanced' tab, then click on the 'Content'
option on the left and check the 'Enable JavaScript'
checkbox.
Finally click on the 'OK' button. This enables JavaScript
for Opera 8 or 9.
Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and up
In Firefox click on the 'Tools' menu and select
'Options' from the drop down menu.
Click on the 'Content' tab, check the 'Enable JavaScript'
checkbox and finally click on the 'OK' button.
This enables JavaScript for Mozilla Firefox 1.5.
Macromedia
Flash:

If your browser does not attempt to install Flash
