Academy Medical Systems is an
approved provider of continuing nursing education by the
Illinois Nurses Association, an accredited approver by
the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC).
We also have provider approval by the California Board
of Registered Nursing (#CEP14413) and the Florida Board
of Nursing (#50-19) and are listed on CE Broker’s.
Dietitians and Registered Dietetic Technicans Academy Medical Systems is a Continuing Professional
Education (CPE) Accredited Provider with the Commission
on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Certified Diabetes Educators
Academy Medical Systems’ Approved Provider Status with
the ANCC (nurses) and the CDR (dietitians) is recognized
by the National Certification Board of Diabetes
Educators (NCBDE).
Exercise Physiologist
The ACSM recognizes Academy Medical Systems’ Approved
Provider Status with the ANCC and will honor continuing
education hours for Certified Exercise Physiologist
recertification purposes.
Occupational Therapist
Academy Medical Systems is an Approved Provider of
continuing education of OT by the AOTA, provider
#5470.
Physical Therapists
Each state board has different requirements regarding
continuing education and pre-approval of programs. Many
states do not require pre-approval or will recognize our
approved provider status with the AOTA or ANCC. Please
verify the requirements with your state board.
Certified Athletic Trainers
Academy Medical Systems is recognized by the Board of
Certification (BOC) to offer continuing education
for certified athletic trainers.
