WORKSHOP FACULTY…
Meet Bill Priest BA, MS who holds a Masters Degree in Exercise
Physiology and an undergraduate degree in Business
Management and Corporate Wellness. He has over 15 years of
experience in the health, fitness and rehabilitation
industry. Bill is currently the Director of Cardiac
Rehabilitation for a large Midwestern healthcare system. In
this role, Bill is responsible for the clinical and
administrative aspects of cardiac rehabilitation for two
community hospitals and a university healthcare center. He
is the past President and Reimbursement Chairman of the
Minnesota Association for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary
Rehabilitation. He also teaches a graduate level cardiac
rehabilitation course to students at the University of
Minnesota.
Bill has presented at various regional and national meetings
of professional organizations including the American
Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
and the American College of Sports Medicine. Bill has
written articles for numerous fitness publications and has
appeared on the QVC and ValueVision Home Shopping net
networks as a health and fitness expert.

REGISTRATION:
You may register on-line by choosing one of the dates at the
top of the page or print out the PDF and simply complete the enrollment form and enclose the
appropriate tuition fee (or credit card info). For those
participants requiring hospital authorization, pre-enroll by
phone once approval is received (checks can arrive
after enrollment). Payment must be received prior to
workshop date. Confirmation will be provided upon
enrollment. No tape recorders please.
Seminar Workbook included in price.
Personalized Certificates of Completion (CE validation) will
be provided at the end of the workshop. Registrations made
inside of 10 days of event will receive Certificates in the
mail.

ACCREDITATION:
The AACVPR has
approved this course for 7.2 Continuing Education Credit
Hours.
Nurses:
Academy Medical Systems is an approved provider of continuing
nursing education by the Michigan Nurses Association, an
accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing
Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
7.2 contact hours will
be rewarded to nursing professionals at the completion of this
workshop. Academy medical Systems is also a provider approved
by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider
#CEP14413, for 7.2 hours. And we are also a provider approved
by the Florida Board of Nursing, provider #50-19, for 7.2
hours.
Dietitians:
Academy Medical Systems is a Continuing Professional Education
(CPE) Accredited Provider with the Commission on Dietetic
Registration (CDR). Registered dietitians (RDs) and dietetic
technicians, registered (DTRs) will receive 6 continuing
professional education units (CPEUs) for completion of this
program/material.
Certified Athletic Trainers:
Academy Medical Systems is recognized by the Board of
Certification (BOC) to offer continuing education for
certified athletic trainers – Provider # P925 for 6 hours.
Respiratory Therapists:
Will receive 6 CRCE contact hours for completing this course.
Exercise Physiologists:
Approved for 7.2 hours by AACVPR. The ACSM recognizes seminars
approved by other accrediting agencies for Certified
Exercise Physiologist re-certification purposes.
